I have received the question above and figured I’d address it here as this is quite a common concern among people tracking HRV, maybe even more so for endurance athletes who seem to be at higher risk of arrhythmia.

hello Ian, I would think that if it is not firing, then heart rhythm is sensed as normal and HRV can be computed correctly.
