HRV4Training Pro: migration guide

how to try out our new web platform

Our new web platform is ready to be tried out both for Android and iOS users that are currently on a Pro plan. To get a Pro plan, you can login in the current version of our web dashboard, here.

Once you have a Pro plan or you are a coached athlete, you can migrate by updating the app to the version that will be available from May 20th on Google Play and the Apple Store. Here is how to migrate:

• Get the HRV4Training app or update your app on May 20th, 2023.

• From Menu - Settings, tap Migrate to new Pro, and enter your credentials.

• After you have migrated, you can login here to access the new HRV4Training Pro.

Please reach us here in case of issues, and we will help you out. If you have downloaded HRV4Training after May 21st, 2023, you already have an account on the new Pro, and can try it here.

Coaches and teams

If you already are on a Pro plan, please migrate your own account from the app and then ask your athletes to migrate too. You should not need to do anything on the new platform (no need to re-add your athletes for example).
