What do you think of the camera sensor option compared to a polar strap?
hello Dan, I personally use the camera. On iPhones, it is very reliable, while the same cannot be said of all android phones (even though the app will inform you in case of trouble). We did validate it: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/315059917_Comparison_of_Heart_Rate_Variability_Recording_With_Smart_Phone_Photoplethysmographic_Polar_H7_Chest_Strap_and_Electrocardiogram_Methods hence I consider it a great alternative, possibly with a few days of learning curve.
