Marco, I only just encountered this post through your latest recent articles and updates newsletter and it's a great read! I had known about you for a few years through various articles and podcasts, but I didn't know that your past was so rich and varied. I always thought that you were in the sports physiology field and learned the engineering skills later in life but it seems like it was the opposite.
I also come from an IT and engineering background and I currently work in IT. Slowly I've been thinking about how I can transition from IT to sports and how I can marry the two aspects to together to provide a more unique 'value add' when compared to other practitioners. I'm not sure I've figured it out yet but I'm looking forward to evolve it further.
If there is any opportunity to collaborate or to provide some help or support please feel free to get in touch. I'd be more than happy to lend some of my knowledge and expertise where necessary.

Being at the start of a journey building my own stress education business I sometimes struggle with the external pressure to do certain things in certain ways at times. But your words have been very comforting and a reminder to lean in to ‘my why’. Thanks for sharing. 💚
