A few weeks ago I had a chat with James Witts, who put together this nice article about HRV and its use in professional cycling.
In the interview I cover the basis of HRV as well as provide a few pointers on how the data can be used in applied settings.

While reading the article, I’ve also learned something:
Running a small independent business with no external funding typically means no budget for marketing or sponsorships, so normally we don’t even know about the professional athletes who rely on our work unless they share it (or contact us directly).
