Hi not sure if this is the right place for my question but garmin Venu 4 has an ECG sensor, would that capture accurate HRV data? And are your apps compatible with garmin? If not would there be a workaround? Thank you!
we do not integrate directly with Garmin, but if you can get a good HRV and heart rate measurement via spot check (e.g. with this ECG functionality), it can be entered in the app as part of the questionnaire using manual input, see here: https://marcoaltini.substack.com/i/140250699/4-manual-input
